The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Technical Education (TNDTE) released the results of the Government Technical Examinations (GTE) 2023 on October 27. Candidates who appeared for the TNDTE GTE 2023 exam can now check and download their results by visiting the official website at dte.tn.gov. The TNDTE typewriting exam was conducted in August this year. Approximately 19,000 candidates had appeared for the August 2023 session exam, out of which about 12,000 passed the test.
According to the official notice, Priyadarshini T from Naveen Typewriting School, Virudhunagar came first in the Government Technical Examination 2023. Kalaiselvi V from Uma Typewriting Institute, Dindigul ranked second, and Anisha M (private) stood third.

Pass percentage for Typewriting English Junior: 71.76 per cent.
Pass percentage for Typewriting Tamil Junior: 78.72 per cent.

TNDTE GTE Typewriting Result 2023: Steps To Download
Step 1: Visit the official site of TNDTE at dte.tn.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the GTE August 2023 session result link.
Step 3: Search and click on the ‘result’ option.
Step 4: As a new window opens, enter the credentials, like the registration number and other details. Then click submit.
Step 5: The TNDTE GTE Typewriting Result will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Check the scorecard and download it.
The Government Technical Examinations are administered by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Tamil Nadu. These technical exams are conducted twice a year: first in February and second in August. The exams are held to test the skills of eligible candidates in several technical subjects. The subjects include typewriting, shorthand, and computer on office automation (COA).
