No Second Marriage for Assam Government Workers

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma recently stated that no state government employee will be permitted to choose a second marriage, even if their religion permits it. With a clear jab at China, External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar stated on October 26 that the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) should cooperate to advance stability and prosperity in the region by closely upholding the fundamentals of international law, honouring each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and fostering economic cooperation. Jaishankar made the statements while speaking during the 22nd session of the SCO Council of Heads of Government in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

Israeli Troops, Jets Conduct 2nd Limited Raid In Gaza

The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) stated that ground soldiers assisted by jets and drones carried out a night-time targeted strike in the central Gaza Strip, as it prepared for a military invasion. This comes a day after the Israeli military announced that forces infiltrated Gaza overnight with tanks and infantry in a “targeted raid,” targeting “numerous terrorist cells, infrastructure, and anti-tank missile launch posts” before withdrawing to Israeli territory. According to the military, its aircraft also attacked Lebanon on October 25 in reprisal for the launch of a surface-to-air missile.

About fifteen actors and celebrities are being investigated for their involvement in the lavish wedding of Saurabh Chandrakar, the promoter of the Mahadev app, in Dubai in February or for covertly endorsing the betting app and related merchandise. India At the Asian Para Games

On October 26, Indian para-athletes made history by winning the most medals at the Asian Para Games, bringing the country’s total to 82, including 18 gold. India has now surpassed their previous high of 72 medals at the 2018 event in Indonesia. India won 18 medals, including three gold. At the completion of the fourth day of events, India had 18 gold medals, 23 silver medals, and 41 bronze medals.
