Jennifer Lopez has completely dissolved her bond with her single life as it has been reported that she has sold her solo-owned Bel-Air mansion.
The singer, who married the actor-filmmaker Ben Affleck last year (2022), has sold her mansion for a price of $34 million, earning herself a substantial profit as she bought it in 2016 for $28 million.
The property was first listed for sale in February, and the initial price demanded by the songstress was $42.5 million. Despite her getting a bit lower money than her expectations, the price, $34 million, is reportedly a record in the area.
JLo’s mansion was a luxurious property as it featured nine bedrooms, 13 baths, an infinity pool, 30-seat screening room. The house was also equipped with a gym, a guest house, and an extra 100-seat amphitheater.
Ben also sold his home right around the time when he tied the knot with the JLo.
They both have gotten rid of their solo places and have moved in together, collectively buying a luxurious mansion in Bev Hills at a price of a whopping $60 million.
