According to an astrologer, Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi should be worshipped on the day of Chaitra Purnima.

The full moon day of Chaitra month also known as Chaitra Purnima, holds significant importance in the Hindu calendar, marking the first full moon of the Hindu New Year.

This year, Chaitra Purnima falls on April 23. The Purnima Tithi of Chaitra month begins at 3:16 AM on April 23 and ends at 4:38 AM on April 24. The day is considered to be the best day to start any new work or to do any auspicious work. As soon as Chaitra Purnima ends, the month of Vaishakh will begin.

On this religious day, by worshipping Lord Shiva, Goddess Lakshmi along with Lord Vishnu, all kinds of problems in the life of a devotee get eliminated and bring happiness and prosperity. While talking to Local18, Pandit Nandkishore Mudgal, an astrologer of Deoghar, said that this year the full moon of Chaitra month is on April 23. According to him, observing a fast and worshipping Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, and Goddess Lakshmi on this day can alleviate various problems and bring prosperity and happiness to one’s life. The full moon day of Chaitra month is considered to be the first full moon date of the Hindu New Year which has a very special significance in Hindu religion.

The Purnima Tithi of Chaitra month is going to start from 3:16 AM on April 23 and end on April 24 at 4:38 AM. Considering Udayatithi, the fast for the Chaitra Purnima will be observed on April 23 and the auspicious time for worship is from 11:46 AM to 12:50 PM, known as Abhijeet Muhurta.

Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi are worshipped on the full moon day. To seek relief from troubles, one can offer turmeric-mixed milk to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi on this day.

If you offer kheer or coconut ladoos to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi on the day of Purnima, then this will bring happiness and prosperity to the house.

Moon is also worshipped on the day of Argha Purnima. On this day the Moon is present in its 16 phases. Additionally, by offering rice mixed with raw milk to the moon on this day can help alleviate financial problems and bring prosperity.
