Born on July 11, 1990, Shloka Mehta is the second child of Russell and Mona Mehta. Shloka is the middle child, and she has two siblings: An elder brother Viraj, and a younger sister Diya. After studying at the Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai, Shloka moved abroad for a five years. She studied Anthropology at Princeton University followed by getting a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
Despite coming from a business family– Rosy Blue India, and studying abraod, Shloka is more interested in philantropy. After returning to India in 2014, Shloka joined the philanthropic arm of her family’s business– Rosy Blue Foundation. Through her foundation, she works in the field of medicine, drug rehabilitation, education specifically in Gujarat, Bombay and Indore, she told ET Panache in an earlier interview. Shloka also started ConnectFor– a platform to connect volunteers and NGOs– with her friend Maniti Modi, as per reports.
