The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has reached out to four cricket boards in order to schedule One Day International (ODI) matches for the Pakistan team before the 2023 World Cup, which will take place in India later this year.
Sources have revealed that the PCB has initiated contact with Australia, New Zealand, Bangladesh, and South Africa, inviting them to visit Pakistan in August and participate in either bilateral or tri-nation series.
The PCB’s email to the aforementioned boards stated that these series would offer the visiting teams an opportunity to acclimatize to the conditions in the subcontinent ahead of the mega event.
