2. Kind Cafe, Bandra

3. Veronica’s, Bandra
One of Bandra’s hottest new openings this season, Veronica’s is located inside the restored space of what used to be St. Jude Bakery. The sandwich shop is the city’s latest outlet by the same company behind The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro and Bombay Sweet Shop. Outside, visitors are greeted with eclectic and striking murals. Inside, the aroma of delicious baked goods and fresh salads heartily welcome them. You can enjoy the colourful and comfy ambience inside as you peruse the drool-worthy and innovative treats on offer.

4. Twenty-Seven Bakehouse, Bandra
When in Bandra, also check out Twenty-Seven Bakehouse’s flagship retail store in Pali Hill. Originally, the Bakehouse was only a takeaway and delivery-based service. But their vibrant new space in Bandra boasts of a cafe where you can leisurely indulge in their sumptuous sweet and savoury treats. A must-try is their Tapenade And Cream Cheese Twist and their gorgeously flaky croissants.

5. Shy, Chembur
This all-day cafe and bar boasts an aesthetic vintage setting that would quickly find its way to Instagram (and sprawls over 4500 sq. ft). On the menu, you will find a range of dishes from global modern cuisine and signature craft cocktails. Shy is founded by Ayush Kapur, Nikita Harisinghani, Aditya Wanwari, Dhaval Udeshi and Pawan Shahri, who are also the restaurateurs behind Donna Delhi in Bandra.

6. The Finch Brew House, Thane
Located on Kolshet Road, The Finch Brew House promises an indulgent experience for those who love craft beer. In food, you will find flavourful Indian, Oriental and Italian options. The earthen-toned decor offers a relaxing vibe and complements the menu quite well.

7. The Cacao Mill by Subko, Colaba
Ever wanted to visit an actual chocolate factory? The Cacao Mill by Subko offers you the chance to realise that dream in the heart of the city. In the 2,000 sq ft space, you can watch and learn how chocolate is crafted, gorge on chocolatey treats (solid and liquid) and also browse through the brand’s take-home artisanal offerings.
