The Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) Result 2023 for the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is anticipated to be released in September. However, there has been no official statement regarding the results being released. The STET Answer key 2023 had been made available by the BSEB’s Controller of Examinations for the tests that took place between September 4 and September 15.
Candidates who registered for the Bihar STET 2023 were permitted to access the official website, bsebstet.com, get the answer key and submit objections up to September 16 at 4 PM. The objections and any accompanying documentation had to be uploaded, and a fee of Rs Rs. 50 for each question would be charged for every question contested.
Along with the question papers, the Bihar STET answer key for 2023 has been made available for the subjects of dance, physical education, and philosophy. The remaining topics’ answer keys will shortly be posted on the official website. The Bihar board had already declared a 4-year age relaxation for all applicants for the recruitment exam. The board also announced that the Bihar STET for mathematics paper would be held tomorrow, September 18.
The Bihar STET results will be released by BSEB along with the cutoff scores. The cutoff scores are established at 50 per cent for applicants in the general category and at 45 per cent for those in the reserved category.
Bihar STET 2023 was administered from September 4 to September 15 at various testing locations around the state. On all test days, the exam was administered in two sessions, the first from 10 AM to 12:30 PM and the second from 3 PM to 05:30 PM.
In the Bihar STET, there were 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) altogether, each worth one mark. Most importantly, there was no negative grading for incorrect responses.
Through this recruitment procedure, the BSEB is seeking teachers for the secondary and upper secondary levels. In contrast to paper 2, which is focused on senior secondary teachers, paper 1 of the test is designed for secondary-level teaching roles.
For Paper 1, candidates must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 45 per cent of the marks, have passed the B.Ed exam, or have finished a 4-year programme (B.A., B.Ed, B.Sc., and B.Ed.) with the required score.
On the other hand., for paper 2, a candidate has to have a master’s degree in a relevant discipline, a B.A. or B.Sc. in education, or a master’s degree with a minimum of 55 per cent in education.
