UPPSC RO/ARO Recruitment 2023: Registration For 411 Posts Begins, Check Out Last Date – News18

Out of 411 vacancies, 322 seats are available for the posts of Revenue Officer in the UP Secretariat Department.

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has started the online registration process for the recruitment to the posts of Revenue Officer (RO) and Assistant Revenue Officer (ARO) from October 9. The commission aims to fill the vacancy of 411 seats for these posts. Interested candidates can apply through the official website of UPPSC — https://uppsc.up.nic.in/. The last date to apply for these posts is November 9. The application forms will be accepted through the online mode only. Out of 411 vacancies, 322 seats are available for the posts of Revenue Officer in the UP Secretariat Department. The posts will have a pay scale of Rs 44,900- 1,42,400 per month. The selection process will include three phases – Prelims, Mains and Typing Test.

UPPSC AR/ARO Recruitment 2023: Steps To Apply

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPPSC–https://uppsc.up.nic.in/

Step 2: Complete your One Time Registration ( OTR) by submitting your basic contact details.

Step 3: Now click on the notification link and access the application form.

Step 4: Complete the application form by entering your required details.

Step 5: Upload the necessary documents.

Step 6: Pay the required application fee.

Step 7: Click on submit and download the application form.

Candidates belonging to OBC, General and EWS categories will have to pay Rs 125 as the application fee, while SC and ST applicants will have to pay Rs 65 for registration. The minimum age of the candidates eligible for the post is 21 years, while the maximum age is 40 years. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from any central or state-recognised university. They should also have a minimum speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting to qualify for the post.

The commission will hold the preliminary examination, which will be followed by Mains and typewriting tests. Candidates can only appear for the Mains examination after qualifying for the prelims. They have to submit another registration form if they qualify for the Mains exam. The date and venue of the exam will be informed to the candidates through email.
