In a jaw-dropping video, an extreme sports enthusiast recorded himself making a surreal jump into a nuclear cooling tower, stunning internet users worldwide.

The caption simply read, ”Jumping into a nuclear cooling tower,” as the video unfolds to reveal Gio Masters, the daring individual, standing on the ledge of the colossal tower. Without hesitation, he leaps inside, deploying his parachute seconds before making contact with the ground.

Gio Masters shared additional perspectives of his audacious jump in another video, describing the entire experience as “such a surreal experience.” 

The internet was left both shocked and fascinated by the footage, prompting a flurry of reactions and inquiries. Some were thrilled by the daredevilry, while others questioned the necessity of such extreme stunts.

Notably, a nuclear cooling tower, a crucial component of power plants, serves to cool water and release heat into the atmosphere. These towering structures, reaching heights of up to 200 meters, are recognised for their distinctive hyperboloid shape, characterised by an inward curve.
