Meghan Markle was spotted going on a hike near her luxury home in Montecito without her husband, Harry. This is her first appearance since she missed King Charles’ coronation for her son Archie’s birthday.
However, the Duchess was not completely alone, as she was accompanied by her friends Markus Anderson and Heather Dorak. On the occasion of Archie’s birthday, it was revealed that the King raised his glass to wish his grandson well for his 4th birthday.
The moment took place after the King was officially crowned at Westminster Abbey as he made an appearance on the balcony with Queen Camilla during a private gathering. Harry was reportedly invited to attend the gathering as well, however, he was on his way back to America a few hours after the crowning to celebrate his son’s birthday.
Meghan was dressed in an understated getup with black athletic wear paired with a khaki jacket that was tied around her waist. Her absence from the coronation ceremony was a topic of interest for many, considering the controversy that has surrounded their relationship since the start.
